Up to 7 seconds per piece, layer by layer, without loss of performance. The palletizing cell is designed for continuous operation and delivers consistent cycle times even when production peaks or multi-shift operation require maximum load.
With Stack heights up to 1800 mm The vacuum gripper stacks every layer precisely and securely. This means fewer pallet flows, better use of space in the warehouse and smoother outgoing goods.
With up to two pallet spaces The system continues to run while a finished pallet is removed and an empty one is adjusted. No production stop, no manual intervention in the ongoing process. EURO, CP1, CP2 and CP5 pallets are supported.
The completely closed housing with safety lock reliably protects operating personnel and complies industrial protection standards. Grippers, software features and layout are individually adaptable, so that the cell can be tailored to specific products and process requirements.
