The DXF cell automatically translates imported DXF paths into precise robot movements. Separate robot programming is completely unnecessary. that lowers the barrier to entry to automation vastly and makes the cell accessible even to companies that have had no previous robotic experience.
By changing the end effector, a single DXF cell covers three fundamentally different processes. The drilling spindle takes over Punching and drilling, the grinding spindle surface treatment, dosing elements precise material application. Investment in a plant, use in several fields of application.
The DXF cell is in work area sizes of 1000 x 1000 mm unto 2200 x 1000 mm available. Small-format components can be processed as well as large-area workpieces.
