The protective structure provides you with the best possible protection for people if there are hazardous areas in your application. Like the CUBE base, this is modular and expandable. There are machine doors everywhere, but these can also be quickly converted as fixed elements. The machine doors can all be equipped with door switches. If required, you can also get these components from us.

The control column is the ideal addition to the CUBE base and can also be retrofitted at any time. It is prepared to be equipped with a main switch, emergency stop, 3 control buttons and an alarm lamp. If required, you can also obtain these from us.

The supply column is the ideal addition to the CUBE base and can also be retrofitted at any time. It is prepared to equip your machine with air, electricity, sockets and data interfaces (Schuko socket, Harting plug, CEE socket, RJ45 connection, air connection.) If required, you can also get these components from us.

Our colleagues from e-planning will be happy to create a circuit diagram for you according to your requirements. The electrical equipment is then simply and cleanly stored in the CUBE. For this purpose, we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer after a project consultation.

We would also be happy to offer you a robot including base plate adaption for your application. Here, the required control cabinet is installed directly in the CUBE base to achieve a compact and tidy application.

Control column electrical set: Here you will find electrical components included with your control panel. This would include a main switch, emergency stop button, 3 buttons (red, green, blue) and an alarm light.
Electrical set protection structure: Here you will receive electrical components included with your protective structure. Coded magnetic switches for each door would be included here.
Electrical set supply column: Here you will receive electrical components attached to your supply column. This would include Harting housing for the data interface, CEE socket 16A, Schuko socket, NW7.2 air connection, RJ45 connection for service, network connection for the system.
